Sketching the skyline at Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens

Sketching the skyline at Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens

I went to Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens late afternoon and sketched the skyline on top of a balcony near the central fountain.  It was nice to sketch some of the most important buildings from this angle.  From left to right was IFC2, the twin towers of the Landmark, 9 Queen's Road Central, Standard Chartered, HSBC, AIA and Cheung Kong Centre on the far right.   In garden, an Araucaria heterophylla (Norfolk Island Pine) stands out as it is one of the tallest trees in the garden and it is slanting to one side.
